UPS Ground delivers Monday through Friday. They do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery day is not guaranteed for ground delivery services.
UPS Express/Air delivers Monday through Friday. Delivery is guaranteed. For Overnight packages/Next Business day delivery by 3 PM to most US addresses; By 4:30 to rural areas. Available throughout the contiguous US and selectively for Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders to be shipped to the following destinations are shipped via USPS: PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam. Smaller items may also be shipped through USPS. All USPS packages are delivered Monday through Saturday. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Oddball Shoe accepts international orders over the web for delivery to most places. However, we ask all international customers to agree to specific terms during the checkout procedure. These terms include an understanding of regulations with which we must comply to ship these orders, shipping methods and estimated charges, responsibility for taxes and duties, etc. The shipping prices shown are used to estimate the cost of the shipments- shipping charges may change depending on the size and destination of international deliveries. All international orders are shipped via UPS. Once the order is received, you will be contacted by E-mail twice to verify shipping cost and a few other details. The 1st email will be an order confirmation notice and require no response. The 2nd will be a series of basic inquiries we will need to get a response from the customer. Please use an e-mail address that you check regularly so that we can ship your order in a timely manner (if you use an account like gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc. please make sure to also check your SPAM folder as often times emails get lost or misrouted).

Price Adjustment Policy
Oddball will honor a one time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven (7) days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjustment will be added as a store credit not a refund.
In Store Policy

Big Feet Love Gift Certificates
Oddball offers gift certificates for our big shoes and other products in any denomination you like. We can either email you the gift certificate or mail one to you through the post office. Gift certificates are good for 1 year from the date of purchase. Oddball gift certificates may not be returned or redeemed for cash. If a gift certificate is lost, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. If the full amount of the gift certificate is not used in one order, the balance will be applied to the user's account.
You can order a gift certificate online here to be emailed directly to the recipient. If you would like us to mail a gift certificate either to you or to the recipient please give us a call at 1(800) 884-4046. Gift Certificates sent through the mail can take up to seven business days to reach the recipient.
Oddball store credit is good for one year from the date of creation. Oddball store credit may not be redeemed for cash. If you know that your store credit is close to expiration, please give us a call at 1(800) 884-4046. We may be able to give you a short extension to the expiration date.

Seth and Zac Longaker are a couple of real oddballs. Tired of not being able to find Big Shoes for their own size 16 feet, brothers Seth and Zac Longaker decided to take matters into their own hands.
According to Seth, "When we were kids, our mother used to threaten to take us to the foot doctor. She said she wanted to have our toes shortened." Sounds kind of twisted, but the truth of the matter is Seth and Zac were born with extraordinarily large feet. The two brothers are over six-foot-six and both wear size 16 shoes. As you can imagine, from an early age, they were ridiculed about the size of their feet. "I knew I was a little odd when in third grade, I was taller than my teacher," says Zac. But like any enterprising entrepreneur, Seth and Zac took a problem and turned it into an opportunity. Armed with business degrees from the University of San Diego, in 1997 Seth and Zac formed Oddball Shoe Company.
"It all came to me one day when I was in a shoe store trying to pick out a new pair of shoes. I asked the clerk for a name brand shoe. He laughed. Then he brought out a pair of those burgundy shoes from the 1960s and wanted me to pay $500 for them. Then it all clicked. This was our opportunity", states Zac.
Seth and Zac realized there was a need for a shoe company that provided name brand shoes and catered to people with big feet. "Our concept was to have a place that had a great selection, a groovy atmosphere and is customer service oriented. A place where size always matters," says Seth.
Now Seth and Zac sell a large variety of oversized and Big Shoes to those who need them.
