Oddball & COVID-19

Thank you for supporting Oddball. We hope you and your family are safe and well.

With the spread of COVID-19, online shopping volume has risen dramatically and we're experiencing a variety of supply chain disruptions and delays. We're working with vendors daily to improve conditions, but at present new product and stock replenishment shipments are slower than normal.

Currently, we're shipping all online and phone orders as usual. Additionally, we are processing returns. However, please be aware of the following:

Potential shipping delays

Oddball customers could experience extended shipping and delivery times due to the COVID-19 pandemic's impact to our shipping partners. UPS and USPS have temporarily suspended their service guarantees for all shipping methods.

Potential delay in online return processing

For our employees' safety, we’re taking extra precautions with inbound packages. Customers returning orders via shipping carriers may experience extended processing times (approximately 1 or 2 days) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Retail Store Information

Reopening June 2, with reduced hours

Monday – Friday 11am – 4pm PST

For our employees' safety and yours, we’re taking extra precautions in our retail space including sanitizing between customer visits. We encourage customers to schedule an appointment, and consider browsing oddball.com before visiting in person.

Retail Store Policies

  1. Please use the hand sanitizer provided as you enter the store.
  2. Please practice safe social distancing.
  3. No more than 2 customers will be allowed in the store at one time. One guest allowed per customer.
  4. Store bathrooms are closed (until further notice).
  5. Please limit shopping time to 30 minutes.
