ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE
• You may return unworn & unwashed items in their original packaging purchased from Oddball for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase (or for store credit after 30 days and up to 60 days).
• Any items that are returned damaged or worn will not be accepted.
• No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping charges.
• You may use your own trackable shipping method or we can provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email for returning goods (USA lower 48 states only). The cost is $10 for the first item plus $2 for each additional item. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for the label.
Clearance/ Final Sale Policy
• Sale and discounted merchandise purchased online may be returned unworn and unwashed in their original packaging for store credit within 14 days of the date delivered.
• Final sale items may not be returned, exchanged or be applied as credit to your account.
• Store credit is applied to your Oddball account. Any store credit is redeemable for 1 calendar year from the date issued.
• You may exchange unworn & unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• Exchanges may only be made for a different size and/or fit of the same item.
• If you’d like to purchase a different color or item, you may return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order. New orders are not eligible for any discounts or promotions that were applied to the original order.
• No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.
• International returns follow the same guidelines as domestic returns, however we cannot provide a return-shipping label.
• No exchanges are accepted internationally.
