How To Make a Return
•   To return an item, please CREATE A RETURN via our online portal. This will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email for returning goods (USA lower 48 states only). The cost is $10 for the first item plus $2 for each additional item -- you will only be charged if you use the label. Otherwise you may use your own shipping method and no deduction will be made from your refund. Return Policy
•    EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY IN EFFECT November 20th, 2018 thru January 7th, 2019: All purchases made after November 20th have until at least January 7th to request a return.
•    Regular price merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Sale/clearance merchandise may be returned within 14 days for store credit ONLY.
•    If you need a different size, please place a new order. We do not offer exchanges.
•    Worn or damaged merchandise will NOT be accepted for return. Shoes must be in their original boxes.
•    No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping charges.

Clearance / Final Sale Policy
•    Sale and discounted merchandise may be returned unworn and unwashed in their original packaging for store credit within 14 days of the date delivered.
•    Final sale items may not be returned, exchanged or be applied as credit to your account.
Store Credit
•    Store credit is applied to your Oddball Account. Any store credit is redeemable for 1 calendar year from the date issued.

International Return Policy
•    International returns follow the same guidelines as domestic returns, however we cannot provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Please contact us for assistance.
