We hope you love your Oddball product, but if you're not completely satisfied you can return your merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
How To Make a Return
• To return an item, please CREATE A RETURN via our online portal. This will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email for returning goods (USA lower 48 states only). The cost is $10 for the first item plus $2 for each additional item -- you will only be charged if you use the label. Otherwise you may use your own shipping method and no deduction will be made from your refund. Return Policy
• Regular price merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Clearance/sale items may be returned for store credit only.
• We're sorry but at this time Oddball does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or would rather have something else, you can place a new order online or contact us so we can help you out.
