Wrong address

Some how I put the wrong address in on my order and they shipped my shoes to that address. I called the oddball number a spoke to the owner. He filed a claim with ups to see if I could get a replacement. In the meantime the person who received my order texted me the shipping label with my phone number stating that he received my shoes. I picked up my shoes and called the owner to tell him that an honest person returned my shoes and to cancel the ups clawing. He was very professional and really cares about his customers. I will definitely order through him again. Thanks so much.
