Refund policy

•    Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

•    We're sorry but Oddball does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, please place a new order online.

•    Worn or damaged merchandise will NOT be accepted for return. Shoes must be in their original boxes.
•    No refunds or adjustments will be made for any outgoing shipping charges.

•    Defective item claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us for assistance.
